Is the Google sitemap a good thing or a bad thing for site owners? I think the jury is still out on that one as it’s too soon to tell. There’s a good deal of discussion about this on both sides. If you have a couple sites that aren’t performing well on Google it may be worth a try on one or more of those sites. The sitemap creator Google offers isn’t the easiest tool to use.
